About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ6523 is a triple, half-bridge, DMOS output driver with integrated power MOSFETs that can drive up to three different loads. The three half-bridges can be individually controlled via a standard serial data interface and include various diagnostic functions. The MPQ6523 has very low quiescent current in standby mode, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Extensive protection features include short circuit protection (SCP), undervoltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The MPQ6523 requires a minimal number of standard off-the-shelf external components and is available in a QFN-24 (4mm x 4mm) package.

・Maximum output current of 0.9A ・RDS (ON) of typically 1.1Ω at 25℃ and max. 2Ω at 150℃ (HS+LS) -Very low quiescent current IVS < 6μA in standby mode and over temperature range ・Output short circuit protection ・Overheat protection and advance warning ・Low voltage protection (UVP) ・Serial data interface ・Various diagnostic functions: output short circuit, open load, over temperature, and under voltage ・Failure output flag ・Daisy chain connection possible ・Serial interface clock frequency up to 3MHz, 3.3V and 5V compatible ・Provided in QFN-24 (4mm x 4mm) package ・Provided with AEC-Q100 Grade 1
