About This Product

■Summary

MPQ4263-AEC1 is a buck-boost converter with two built-in low-side MOSFETs (LS-FETs). The device can deliver up to 140W peak output power (POUT) at a given input voltage (VIN) with excellent efficiency. The MPQ4263-AEC1 is ideal for USB power delivery (PD) applications and can interface with external USB PD controllers via an I2C interface. An I2C interface and one-time programmable (OTP) memory provide flexibility in configurable functionality. Fault condition protection includes CC current limiting with high-side (HS) current sensing, output overvoltage protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown (TSD). The MPQ4263-AEC1 requires a minimal number of standard off-the-shelf external components and is available in a QFN-20 (3mm x 5mm) package. Available in AEC-Q100 Grade 1.
