About This Product

■Summary

The MP6510 is a single-phase, brushless DC motor driver with integrated power MOSFETs. Drives a single phase brushless DC motor. The input voltage range is 4.5V to 16V, and the maximum output current is 1.2A at room temperature. MP6510 controls rotation speed through input voltage or PWM signal. Other features include selectable minimum rotation speed, rotation speed indicator, built-in input overvoltage protection, built-in locked rotor protection, locked rotor status indicator, thermal shutdown, and integrated Hall bias voltage of 1.2V. The MP6510 is available in a 5.0mm x 6.4mm TSSOP16 package.
