About This Product

■Summary

The MP6527 is a 10-channel half-bridge DMOS output driver with integrated power MOSFETs. It can achieve output current (IOUT) up to 0.8A over a wide input voltage (VIN) range from 5.5V to 40V. The 10 half-bridges can be individually controlled via a standard serial data interface, and each half-bridge has various diagnostic functions. The device has very low quiescent current (quiescent current) in standby mode. Complete protection features include short circuit protection (SCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection, overvoltage lockout (OVLO) protection, and thermal shutdown with advance warning. The MPQ6527 comes in a TSSOP-28EP package with a minimum number of off-the-shelf external components required.

・Wide operating input voltage (VIN) range from 5.5V to 40V ・High-side MOSFET (HS-FET) and low-side MOSFET (LS-FET) drivers connected in a half-bridge configuration ・Maximum 0.8A output current (IOUT) ・Typical 1.3Ω RDS (ON) for HS-FET and LS-FET ・Low quiescent current in standby mode (self-consumption current) ・Short circuit protection (SCP) ・Overheat protection (OTP) ・Under voltage lockout (UVLO) protection ・Overvoltage lockout (OVLO) protection ・Serial data interface ・Maximum 5MHz serial interface clock frequency ・Supports 3.3V and 5V systems ・Available in TSSOP-28EP package
