About This Product

■Summary

MPQ6628-AEC1 is an 8-channel half-bridge DMOS output driver with integrated power MOSFET. Output current (IOUT) up to 0.8A can be achieved over a wide input voltage (VIN) range from 5.5V to 40V. The half-bridges can be controlled individually via a standard serial data interface, and each half-bridge has various diagnostic functions. The device has very low quiescent current (quiescent current) in standby mode. Protection features include short circuit protection (SCP), overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The MPQ6628-AEC1 includes a minimum number of required external components, off-the-shelf standard items, and is available in a TSSOP-28EP package.

・Wide operating input voltage (VIN) range from 5.5V to 40V ・High-side MOSFET (HS-FET) and low-side MOSFET (LS-FET) drivers connected in a half-bridge configuration ・Maximum 0.8A output current (IOUT) ・Typical 1.3Ω RDS (ON) of HS-FET and LS-FET -Low quiescent (IQ) current over total temperature range in standby mode ・Output short circuit protection (SCP) ・Over-temperature protection (OTP) and advance warning ・Under voltage lockout (UVLO) protection ・Overvoltage lockout (OVLO) protection ・Serial data interface ・Maximum 5MHz serial interface clock frequency ・Supports 3.3V and 5V systems ・Available in TSSOP-28EP package ・Provided with AEC-Q100 Grade 1
