About This Product

■Summary

The MPQ6626-AEC1 is a 6-channel, half-bridge DMOS output driver with integrated power MOSFETs. Continuous output current (IOUT) up to 0.8A can be achieved over a wide 5.5V to 40V input voltage (VIN) range. The half-bridges can be individually controlled via a standard serial data interface, and each half-bridge has various diagnostic functions. The device's quiescent current (quiescent current) is very low in standby mode. Extensive protection features include short circuit protection (SCP), undervoltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. The MPQ6626-AEC1 requires a minimal number of standard off-the-shelf external components and is offered in a TSSOP-28EP package.

・Wide operating input voltage (VIN) range from 5.5V to 40V ・High-side MOSFET (HS-FET) and low-side MOSFET (LS-FET) drivers connected in a half-bridge configuration ・Maximum 0.8A continuous output current (IOUT) ・Typical 1.3Ω HS-FET and LS-FET RDS (ON) ・Standby mode VS. Low quiescent current over the entire temperature range ・Output short circuit protection (SCP) ・Over-temperature protection (OTP) and advance warning ・Under voltage lockout (UVLO) protection ・Overvoltage lockout (OVLO) protection ・Serial data interface ・Serial interface clock frequency up to 5MHz ・Compatible with 3.3V and 5V systems ・Provided in TSSOP-28EP package ・Provided with AEC-Q100 Grade 1
