About This Product

■Summary

The MP1922 is a 100V, single-channel, half-bridge gate driver designed for motor driver applications and other power control applications. Two N-channel power MOSFETs are configured in a half H-bridge configuration to operate from supplies up to 100V. The MP1922 combines a bootstrap (BST) capacitor and an internal charge pump to generate the supply voltage for the high-side MOSFET (HS-FET) driver. The IC's HS-FET driver generates a voltage above the supply and often maintains a high output power indefinitely during 100% duty cycle operation. The half-bridge predriver features programmable slew rate control, FET desaturation protection, variable dead time (DT) control, undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection, and thermal shutdown. The MP1922 is available in a QFN-22 (4mm x 5mm) package with an exposed thermal pad.
