About This Product

■Summary

The MP6604C is a dual H-bridge motor driver IC designed to drive stepper motors, brushed DC motors, and other loads. The MP6604C operates over an input voltage (VIN) range of 4.5V to 45V. It can provide up to 2.5A output current (IOUT) per phase depending on ambient temperature (TA) and PCB layout. Internal safety and diagnostic features include overcurrent protection (OCP), input overvoltage protection (OVP), input undervoltage protection (UVP), and thermal shutdown. MP6604C has separate HS and LS input pins for each output pin. MP6604C is available in QFN-28 (4mm x 5mm) and TSSOP-28EP packages.
