■Plastic bottle alignment machine that does not damage bottles. Posimat's "Access Series"

Posimat (Spain), a world leader in the field of plastic bottle alignment machines, has conducted extensive research on removing defective bottles during bottle alignment and has released the ``Access Series'' plastic bottle alignment machine that uses a traditional rotary disk system. The plastic bottle alignment machine is the first machine that handles bottles on the bottle filling line. The bottle alignment machine reliably removes defective bottles and performs smooth bottle alignment, improving the work efficiency of the entire line. Posimat is the only company in the world that focuses on plastic bottle alignment machines and has obtained patents in the field of bottle alignment machines. We manufactured our first bottle alignment machine in 1977 and obtained a patent in 1988. New era plastic bottle alignment machine “Access Series”

■Compatible with a variety of plastic bottles.

Compatible with all types of plastic bottles (small laboratory bottles, asymmetric bottles, cylindrical bottles, bottles with handles, plastic containers such as PET bottles). We can also handle cosmetic plastic containers and PET bottles that have been silkscreened or have labels affixed to them.

■Easy and speedy to change bottle size

Anyone can easily change the bottle size in a short time. No special tools or adjustments are required. For customers who frequently change the shape of their plastic bottles, the ``New Posiflex System'' (optional) is convenient because it can automatically change the shape of their plastic bottles.

■Selection of bottles with less damage

By using centrifugal force and wind pressure to select bottles, bottles are protected from damage that can easily occur inside the machine, such as dents and scratches.

■Simple structure with no consumable parts

There is only one part inside the machine that moves during machine operation. No consumables such as belts that wear out are used.

■Consistent structure

Integrated structure including hopper/elevator simplifies transportation and speeds up installation work.

■3-stage speed conversion

Alignment, elevator, and conveyor speeds can be changed simultaneously in one operation. There are 3 speed levels.

■Easy-to-access cabin system with open structure.

Trouble detection is easy because you can see the entire process. It is also easy to get inside, increasing efficiency when changing bottles and cleaning.
