About This Product

■For measuring inductance of transformers, coils, etc.

When evaluating the impedance characteristics of inductor components such as transformers and coils, inductance measurements are performed with a bias current superimposed in order to understand direct current dependence. Using Keysight Technologies' LCR meter, we measure DC current characteristics with high precision by inserting an external bias current circuit between the inductor parts in the document and the LCR meter. ・Large current superimposition: Possible up to 400A ・High precision measurement: Uses Keysight E4980A/E4980AL precision LCR meter ・System where DC power supply can be selected from Keysight high precision power supply E3600/N5700/N8700 series ・Automate instrument control and measurement using dedicated software ・Special jigs are also manufactured according to the parts to be measured.

・Measurement frequency: 20Hz to 2MHz ・Output signal: 100μV ~ 2V/1μA ~ 20mA ・Measurement speed: 5.7mS/89mS/220mS (Short/Med/Long, @100kHz) ・Correction function: Open/Short/Load

■Precision LCR meter Keysight E4980AL

・Measurement frequency: 20Hz to 300kHz/500kHz/1MHz ・Output signal: 100μV ~ 2V/1μA ~ 20mA ・Measurement speed: 12mS/119mS/343mS (Short/Med/Long, @100kHz) ・Correction function: Open/Short/Load

■ High precision LCR meter

The standard LCR meter is the Keysight E4980A or E4980AL (a low-priced version that inherits the basic performance of the E4980A), which has a reputation worldwide in both the R&D and manufacturing fields. Other Keysight LCR meters and impedance analyzers can also be connected.
