About This Product

■A rotary pump that can handle fine fluids with its highly efficient and low shear pumping action. Compatible with CIP cleaning, ideal for applications with anti-corrosion properties

SX series rotary lobe pumps are designed for a wide range of applications in the food, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, fine chemical and specialty food industries.

■Features

- Pumping operation with high efficiency and low shear makes it possible to handle fine fluids. ・Compliant with USA3-A sanitary standards, all media contact parts are FDA compliant ・EHEDG certified and CIP cleaning possible Can be used in potentially explosive environments under ATEX Directive 94/9/EC Group II, Categories 2 & 3, temperature classifications T1 to T4 ・Can be used with flow rates up to 115m3/h and pressures up to 15bar

・Can handle fine fluids ・Compliant with USA3-A sanitary standards, all media contact parts are FDA compliant ・EHEDG certified and CIP cleaning possible

■Material

・Pump gearbox: High quality gray cast iron. ・Pump head: 316L wetted components. *EPDM, MVQ, and FPM wetted elastomers are all FDA compliant. ・Mechanical seal: Carbon/stainless steel, silicon carbide/silicon carbide

■Standard specification options

・Mail fitting inlet/outlet port compliant with DIN11851, SMS, ISS/IDF, RJT, Tri-clamp standards ・Heating/cooling jacket for rotor case cover ・Electrolytic polishing of wetted parts ・Traceability according to EN10204.3.1 with full material check on request ・ATEX compliant The complete pump unit consists of the following: Pump + base plate (mild steel or stainless steel) + coupling with guard + gear motor with inverter compatible or continuously variable transmission (motor drip-proof cover, power switch on request)
