About This Product

■Effectively removes moisture from compressed air. An air dryer that minimizes the impact of moisture contamination on production equipment, contributing to equipment shutdown and extending equipment life.

RDP refrigeration compressed air dryers are designed to efficiently separate moisture from compressed air, resulting in a +3°C lower pressure dew point. The proven and robust design provides efficient and reliable operation, rapid installation and labor-saving maintenance. Also, by using a refrigerant with a low environmental impact, it is useful for environmental measures such as SDGs.

■Features

・Realizes pressure dew point +3% ・Easy and quick installation with no adjustment required before operation ・Achieves stable operation even in harsh environments (can handle up to maximum intake air temperature of 55℃ and surrounding environment temperature of 45℃) ・Uses R134a with an ozone depletion coefficient of 0 (uses a refrigerant with low environmental impact and does not destroy the ozone layer)
