About This Product

■Air motor agitator that rotates using compressed air

Air motor agitators do not require a direct power source, making them easy to use in hazardous fluids and explosion-proof facilities. Our air motor is an oil-free type that uses dry air, so it can be used in a clean environment because it prevents the disadvantages of a lubricated type (contamination with machine oil, etc.). The gear reducer, which requires oil, has been eliminated and is now a timing belt type, eliminating the need for oil seals. If the agitator is intended to be explosion-proof, it will be much more compact and lighter in weight than an electric explosion-proof structure. Air motors can be made of iron or SUS.

■Features

・Explosion-proof stirrer for glass beakers - Compact and can be used on a tabletop or in a fume hood. ・The rotor is rotated by a magnet. ・Explosion-proof → safe for organic solvents and explosive environments ・Uses oil-less air motor ・Freely variable speed, variable rotation speed with valve ・Depending on the location of use, exhaust can be vented outdoors by piping. ・No noise (uses silencer filter) ・BOX is SUS304 ・Air motor SUS304 when used in a draft ・LZB14-MS: For 1L to 2L ・LZB22-MS: For 1L to 10L
