Cool Liner is a fully automatic cooling device that is ideal for cooling alumite and plating solutions. Built-in refrigerator and heat exchanger. This system cools the liquid directly by flowing compressed refrigerant gas into the heat exchanger and vaporizing it. Compared to indirect cooling systems that use chilled water as the refrigerant, which is common for liquid cooling, there are many advantages as follows. 1.Compact with less equipment. 2. Reduces complicated piping. 3.Reduction of total cost. 4.Simple and easy control. (Fully automatic) 5.Easy maintenance. In addition, a variety of corrosion-resistant metals such as SUS, Ti, and ZrNb can be selected for the heat exchanger material, covering a wide range of liquid types.

- Covers a wide range of liquid qualities: oxalic acid alumite, sulfuric acid alumite, black chromium treatment, acid tin plating, zinc plating, copper sulfate plating, etc. - Abundant corrosion resistance: Heat exchangers that come in contact with liquid are made of SUS316L, titanium, zirconium, niobium, etc.
