About This Product

A full-fledged chemical submersible magnetic pump unlike any other in the world.

■The world's first full-scale corrosion-resistant submersible pump that can be used for strong acids and strong alkaline liquids.

The pump body is made of carbon fiber-reinforced polypropylene resin (CFR PP), and the main parts are made of SiC, high-purity ceramics, and PTFE.It has a structure that does not use any metal in the wetted parts, and can be used with strong acid and strong alkaline liquids.

■Submerse is a sealless pump

Generally, submersible pumps use mechanical seals, but because inspection is troublesome, seal problems are often discovered only after the pump breaks down, and in such cases, liquid gets inside the motor, resulting in a total loss. Submerse is a safe pump that is magnetically driven so that liquid does not enter the motor.

■Submerse is oil-free

Sealless magnet pumps do not have oil bath mechanical seals like general submersible pumps. This is a safe pump that does not cause oil contamination without worrying about oil leakage due to mechanical seal wear.

■Applications

Used for pumping up (refilling) chemical liquid tanks, pumping up from dikes, potholes, pumping up from deep chemical tanks, and carrying around in emergencies.

■Features

・Less parts replacement due to corrosion compared to metal pumps. - No lubricating oil mixed into the liquid used. ・YD-25A6GWN: Easy to dispose of residual liquid and easy to install. (100V single-phase power supply that can absorb up to a minimum transition of 10mm.)
