■Product overview

DIPSOL NZ-110R is an ultra-uniform electrodeposition type brightener that has a smaller film thickness difference due to current density than the conventional uniform electrodeposition type zincate bath galvanizing brightener.

■Applications

Zincate bath barrel galvanizing brightener for rotating baths. (For no-baking products)

■Features

- Ideal for plating long bolts. - Excellent compatibility with trivalent chromium chemical conversion treatment.

■Bath composition

・Zinc: 8~12g/L. ・Caustic soda: 120~160g/L. ・NZ-110A: 3~10mL/L. ・NZ-110B: 0.2~1.5mL/L. ・NZ-110C: 0.1~0.9. ・H-0616Y: 0~0.2mL/L. ・NZ-Conditioner: 10~20mL/L.
