About This Product

■The miraculous highest level achieved by MOON's technology.MOON 888 is different from general commercially available models, which are made with consideration to the balance between cost, performance, and sound quality. This is an ultimate project that resembles a demonstration experiment to see how much sound can be produced by projecting everything that the current MOON has. The technology that MOON has cultivated over the years has been generously and carefully installed. We have completed a supreme car that can be called the ultimate state of the art.

The precise mono/fully balanced differential amplifier circuit has a total non-NFB configuration using custom-made MOON bipolar transistors. A high-speed Lynx circuit with a capacitor placed close to the output element and a 350,000μF power supply based on two huge toroidal transformers easily produce an overwhelming output of 8Ω888W (1.2 horsepower).

The heat sink integrated with the amplifier circuit is made from a massive single-piece die-cast aluminum manufactured using the same process used in high-performance racing engines. The entire chassis is made entirely of die-cast and machined aluminum, increasing heat dissipation and vibration suppression to the limit, and pursuing quietness and stability. Cutting accuracy remains at an astonishing level of 1/1000 inch, and the output transistor is always operating at a level far below its capacity. Immeasurable driving force and infinitely precise braking force. Everything about MOON has been beautifully condensed.
