About This Product

This device measures the amount of eccentricity of the steel sleeve and the amount of wire insertion at the compression connection of ACSR wires. Using a permanent magnet, a magnetic field detection element, and a rotary encoder, the ``relationship between changes in the magnetic field and sleeve position'' is measured and recorded in internal memory. Equipped with an RS-232C terminal, it can be connected to an external computer, making data management easy.

■Features

・It has a function that allows non-destructive measurement of the amount of wire insertion at the connection point of wires with steel cores to determine pass/fail. ・The insertion length is displayed in centimeters by automatic judgment, and it is possible to judge whether it is good or bad. ・Adjustments can be easily made with just key operations thanks to the adoption of digital calibration. ・Equipped with a large-capacity storage function so that judgment can be made on the display screen at the site and data can be recorded and saved after the work is completed.
