About This Product

A compact basic specification model that embodies the basic functions of the "KitMill" series. In order to make CNC machining easier to enjoy, we have developed the concept of the previous model "KitMill BT100/200", which was developed at the beginning of the series, and established even more stable machining performance. Costs were cut by reviewing the shape of parts and manufacturing methods, and at the same time, ease of maintenance was greatly improved. The ease of handling and abundant options that combine the know-how of the series will expand the range of applications from educational settings to specific processing applications.

■Achieves both cost cutting and stable processing performance

While maintaining the machining power that is a feature of the "KitMill" series, we pursue cost cutting to the limit. The parts shape of the previous model "KitMill BT100/200" was revised, and a more simplified configuration was realized by incorporating injection molding into the manufacturing of resin parts. Although it has a simple structure, it has sufficient cutting performance and rigidity to stably handle light metals such as aluminum and brass.

■Stress-free design based on know-how of successive models

Based on the development know-how and design philosophy accumulated through the "KitMill" series, we have progressively renewed the "KitMill BT100/200", which was born in 2011. For example, by adopting a structure that moves the spindle side instead of the processing table side, there are no slits in the table surface, and chips do not fall under the processing machine. In addition, detailed improvements have been made, such as making it possible to adjust the origin sensor without removing the cover and making it easier to adjust the verticality of the end mill. We have thoroughly pursued ease of use and maintainability, greatly reducing stress during use and adjustment.

■Achieving next-level manufacturing with a variety of options

Various special tools can be attached as optional items for expansion. For example, we have a ``Substrate Processing Attachment'' that cuts boards precisely and accurately, a ``30W Spindle Set'' that allows you to upgrade to a thick end mill and cut deep grooves, and a ``30W spindle set'' that allows you to convert to a thicker end mill and cut deep grooves, and to prevent chip clogging during cutting to ensure stable machining. "Dust collector creation kit" etc. In addition, many optional items are available to cover various conditions depending on usage and processing conditions. With free expandability, we realize manufacturing that is one rank higher.
