About This Product

CMEX5, developed by TRAMEX, can measure moisture in concrete non-destructively, just like the conventional CMEX2. Moisture content can be easily measured by simply pressing it lightly against concrete. It is equipped with a new Bluetooth function, and you can also check the measured values ​​using a dedicated app. In addition, by using an optional pin probe, it can be applied not only to concrete but also to wood moisture content measurements.

Application field
■Hygrometer modeHygrometer Mode When the optional Hygro-i2 (Relative Humidity Probe) is connected to the CMEX5, the instrument automatically switches to Humidity mode for installation humidity (RH) testing of floor slabs according to ASTM2170 and BS.

■Wood pin probe modeBy connecting an optional handheld probe or hammer probe, it changes to pin mode and becomes an electrical resistance type pin meter for measuring the moisture content of wood and wood products. (Can be used at wood moisture content of 5 to 30%).
