About This Product
Equotip Piccolo 2-Bambino 2, developed by the Swiss company PROCEQ, is a compact, low-cost model that is extremely easy to operate. Hardness values (HL, HV, HR, HB, HS) can be displayed directly. There is a ``D type'' that measures flat areas, and a ``DL type'' that is ideal for measuring tooth bottoms, corners, and welded areas.
This is a new hardness testing machine developed in 1975 by Dr.Leeb and Prosec (Switzerland). The product name was named ``HL'', which comes from the initials of the inventor ``Dr. Leeb'', and ``Eqoutip'', which stands for hardness, energy, and quotient. The Echo Chip hardness tester has been recognized around the world for its high testing accuracy and reliability, and became an ASTM (USA) standard in 1996 and a DIN (Germany) standard in 2007.
