About This Product

◼︎Features ・The driving source is compressed air (compressor) ・Pressure settings can be adjusted freely ・No rise in fluid temperature even when pressurized for long periods of time ・Reciprocating continuous discharge mechanism ・General tap water can be used ・Can be used with kerosene, light oil, and heavy oil ・Maintenance free type ・Automatic suction type ◼︎Precautions when installing hydro pump ・The standard fluid used is general hydraulic oil or general tap water. When using special fluids, please contact our sales representative or your dealer. ・Please install the pump in a horizontal position. ・Recommended hydraulic oil is ISOVG32. - If the viscosity of the hydraulic fluid is over 200cSt, suction will not be smooth. Please boost the hydraulic fluid by pressurizing it or install the hydraulic fluid tank above the pump to ensure smooth suction. ・Be sure to install a suction filter on the suction side. (equivalent to 200 mesh) ・Please use the suction lift within 2m. (For general tap water) - If the diameter of the air supply piping is small or the piping is long, the air will not be discharged according to the pump's discharge performance, so please consider the size of the piping with plenty of room. ・Before starting pump operation, be sure to check that the hydraulic fluid is being discharged from the discharge port before connecting the piping. - If the air supply is greater than the pump consumption, the pump may not work properly. ・During pump operation, internal lubricating oil may adhere to or be discharged from the silencer. ・Cannot be used if the air source is dry air. ・Please supply lubricating oil regularly while the pump is operating. If used for a long period of time without supplying lubricating oil, malfunction may occur. ・Adjust the amount of lubricant by rotating the lubricator knob. Normally it is 1 drop per minute, but if the area around the silencer gets very dirty, please adjust by squeezing. ・Please refrain from using it in places with strong vibrations. ・When used continuously for long periods of time or in cold regions, the automatic switching valve may freeze and cause malfunction. ・Please observe the operating speed (number of times). Attach a speed control valve to the air inlet and use it to control the speed within 130 reciprocations/minute. ・Please handle with care when storing.
