About This Product

■What is EXG Repair Series?It is a water-based (*1) environmentally friendly repair material that is excellent for repairing structures, and is the first water-based (*1) repair material for concrete structures to be registered in NETIS.

■Features・It has a strong adhesive effect on a wide range of adherends and is suitable for crack repair.
・Used as a putty material for crack repair and damaged areas. An elastic adhesive suitable for bonding parts that are subject to a lot of stress or parts with different expansion rates.
・Exhibits good adhesion to many adherends, and is also excellent in water-stopping and waterproofing.
・When using on a wet surface, please apply EXG Repair 100 beforehand.

■ObjectConcrete, steel, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized, plastic, etc.

■How to use1.Clean the adhesive surface (remove dust, dirt, etc.).
2. When using on a wet surface, apply EXG Repair 100 in advance and allow it to dry before applying.
3.Blend EXG Repair 500 main ingredient: hardening agent at a ratio of 1:1 (weight ratio). Mix thoroughly and use within pot life after mixing.
*If you mix a large amount at once, the heat of reaction will accelerate curing, so be careful and mix only the necessary amount at any time.
4.Apply the adhesive while it has sufficient fluidity, and before the applied adhesive hardens, attach it to the adherend and compress it evenly.
5.After confirming that the adhesive is sufficiently cured, release the pressure.
6. Post-processing can be done immediately after the press is released in the case of room-temperature presses. In the case of heated press, the next process is started after the temperature of the adherend returns to room temperature.
