About This Product

Overview

■Usage range (pressure, temperature)

・Please use after confirming that the maximum operating pressure and maximum operating temperature are within the operating range. ・Maximum working pressure: 1.0MPa ・Maximum operating temperature: 70℃ ・If the working pressure is negative pressure, please use the embedded rubber type. ・As fluids such as sewage and powder tend to accumulate in the ridges, we recommend a buried rubber type. ・Cannot be used for hot water supply piping. (Please use D-FLEX.) ・Cannot be used for pool water. (Please use D-FLEX around circulation pumps for pool water, etc.) ・Cannot be used in locations where repeated pressure fluctuations occur, such as the delivery side of pressurized or booster water pumps. ・Basically, it cannot be used in fluids or installation locations that may deteriorate the elasticity of rubber.

■Structure

・Standard product uses JIS10K flange. Flanges of various standards such as JIS5K, JIS20K, water supply, JPI, and ANSI are also available. - In addition to the standard materials SS400 and SUS304, flange materials such as SUS316, SUS316L, S25C, and PVC are also available. - SS400 flanges are available with Unichrome plating, hot-dip galvanizing (Zn plating), and painted products. - Can also be manufactured with tie rod bolts. (The tie rod bolt for F-FLEX is equipped with a spherical seat, spherical nut, and cushioning material as standard.)
