About This Product

■ Overview

The main ingredients of Silvarb are sprayed with aluminum powder and mineral oil to create a silver wet film. The heat-resistant temperature is from -60 ° C to 1,200 ° C. Unlike solid lubricating agents, aluminum fine powder is melted in high temperature and functions to prevent lubrication, separation and baking. If the melting point (about 660 ° C) of aluminum exceeds the melting point (about 660 ° C), it becomes a melt aluminum and becomes a liquid type lubricant. This molten aluminum becomes aluminum foil when the temperature decreases.

■ Features

■ Use

・ For the slide side of the machine tool, the mold guide pin, bearing, pulley, sprocket lubrication. ・ As an ultra -high -temperature release agent that exceeds the heat resistance maximum (900 ° C) of nitride (boron night ride). ・ As a mold and diastom type of early separation agent. ・ It is exposed to high temperature, like a boiler bolt and nut, and is applied to metal parts that cause baking to prevent baking. ・ As a lubricant for pressing, tapping, drilling. ・ Simple rust prevention during mold storage.

■ How to use

・ Remove garbage and oil attached to the metal surface to spray.
