About This Product

Our passive cooling system has low maintenance and explosion -proof, and can be cost -effective for sampling. Samples of liquids and gas in the industrial plant are often very hot. This is dangerous for workers and equipment. Combusting substances must not contact oxygen at a temperature exceeding the self -ignition temperature. Intertec Passive Sample Cooler (passive sample cooler) enables temperature adjustment so that the sample temperature during extraction does not exceed 60 ° C. advantage ･ Low maintenance ･ Can be changed to factory standards (materials, valves, connection) ･ Flexible design of process engineering layout according to application ･ Self -sufficient system: No supply of media such as cooling water and process air is required ･ Explosion prevention of Zone 1 or Class I Div.1 Passive sample coolers work based on the principle of passive cooling. As soon as the ball valve opens, the sample passes a stainless steel spiral flowing through the stainless steel water tank. Heat energy is transmitted to water. Since the heat capacity of the water is relatively large, the water warms only slowly.
