About This Product

Integricool is a product for protection of temperature -sensitive equipment and accurate temperature control, such as process analysis and CEMS in a dangerous area. It consists of an insulation Intertec cabinet with an EXP pressurized system, heating and cooling system, and high -precision temperature controller. This product is developed independently by Intertec and does not need to integrate external HVAC systems, but provides ideal protection to the analysis system. The assembly of various elements can be manufactured on its own. advantage ･ Can be used for outdoor temperature of -20 ° C to +45 ° C ･ High -precision temperature control ･ Corrosion resistance ･ Low cost with standard equipment ･ A system that can be adapted with a module type that supports a wide range of applications All components to be protected are attached to the ATEX standard because they are attached to the GRP cabinet containing EX P Purge and pressurized systems. Over pressure in the cabinet prevents explosive gas mixture from entering from the outside. The structure in the EX P cabinet is not explosive, but is standard equipment, and the acquisition cost is significantly reduced. The analysis process often requires a certain temperature to ensure the accuracy of the acquired data. For this reason, the cabinet is equipped with a provenly evaporated cooling system with a proven track record. The Intertec heater is composed of compressors, evaporator, and electric panels, and is located in the cabinet. The condenser (heat exchanger + fan) is installed outside the cabinet and disseminates heat in the surrounding air and environment. Only these elements of the system must be ATEX authentication. The entire system is controlled by the Intertec TC temperature controller, giving the system high accuracy when maintaining a certain temperature.
