About This Product

It is a highly versatile HVAC product for analysis applications. Explosion ATEXCOOL (ATEXCool) air conditioning unit can create appropriate temperature conditions in accordance with high sensitivity and control equipment that require a certain peripheral temperature for appropriate movements. Chemistry and petrochemical plants have dangerous areas where devices must execute analysis, operate measurements and control units. In many cases, installation requires a specific temperature limit and is usually placed on protected cabinets or shelters. With these constant temperature conditions, it is necessary to cool the room in hot areas, and heating may be required in winter. Atexcool provides both explosion -proof design in combination with one device. Usually, it is attached to the protected cabinet or shelter outer wall. advantage ･ Can be used for outdoor temperature of -35 ° C to +55 ° C ･ Corrosion resistance ･ ATEX Director II 2G EX PX MB EIC T3 has been certified ･ IP54 (internal) and IP55 (external) Certified EX authentication allows air conditioners to be used for corrosion -resistant housing made of the same material as the Intertec protective cabinet. Therefore, an explosion-proof version that conforms to DIN EN IEC 60079-0 can also be realized. All electrical control components are attached to EX D enclosure. If the cooling unit is attached to the EX P cabinet, it can be attached to the explosion -proof. Intertech can also provide a complete unit consisting of an air conditioning unit, protected cabinet or shelter.
