About This Product

■Features

・We use the same fabric used for clean work clothes. - Conductive thread is sewn into stripes. ・The striped pattern makes it clearly distinguishable from regular products. ・Other colors can also be produced. (Minimum of 20 pieces) ・Surface resistance value is 10^10 to 10^11 (Ω).

■Applications

・For clean room chair cushions. ・In the assembly work process of electronic parts and precision equipment. - As a cushioning material to protect products and equipment. - As a protective cover for protrusions or places that are dangerous if hit. - Striped pattern allows for thorough quality control.

■Cushion mats and cushions in the clean room

Do not bring general materials that generate dust into the clean room. When using cushions or cushions (buffer materials) in a clean room, use "clean cushions." This cushion uses the same fabric used in clean room work clothes. Therefore, like clean wear, it has dustproof and antistatic properties. The surface of the fabric has a "stripe pattern" with conductive thread sewn into it, making it clearly distinguishable from regular products. Also used as cushioning material or protective cover in clean rooms.

■Fixing string

・A string for attaching a cushion to a chair. - Tie it to the chair in two places on both sides to secure it. -Uses "antistatic cloth" with conductive thread sewn into it.

- Urethane is built into the interior of the cushion. ・It has just the right amount of elasticity and fits gently to your body. ・The outer fabric is dust-proof and anti-static. ・Also used for curing and protecting equipment. - White color makes it easy to check for dirt.

■Antistatic fabric for clean rooms

- Highly functional fabric also used for clean room wear. - Conductive carbon thread is sewn in to prevent static electricity. - Reduces the generation of paper powder and dust. - Suppresses dust adsorption due to static electricity. ・All colors other than white are made to order. (Special orders for 20 or more pieces)
