About This Product

■Features

- Touch panel gloves that can be used in clean rooms. - Compatible with capacitive panels such as smartphones. -Mesh-like conductive thread strongly prevents static electricity. ・Since the gloves have a mesh pattern, they are easy to distinguish from regular products. - Comfortable gloves that have very good breathability and don't get stuffy. *There is a seam allowance at the tip of the toe, so it may be difficult to react. *Please be sure to test as some models cannot be used.

・When touch panel operation is required in a clean room. ・When using a smartphone or tablet at the work site. - For assembly work and inspection processes of fine electronic parts. - For environments that require thorough ESD and static electricity countermeasures. ・Please perform pure water cleaning in Class 100 clean rooms.

In recent years, touch panels have been increasingly used to operate equipment used in factories. There are two types of touch panels: ``pressure-sensitive'' and ``capacitive.'' The ``capacitive'' type, which is the same as smartphones, usually does not respond when gloves are worn. Furthermore, when using in a clean room, it is necessary to use a low-dust product that does not generate dust. This product is a low-dusting glove made by sewing high-sensitivity conductive thread into cleanroom fabric, so you can operate the touch panel even in a cleanroom. In addition, the conductive threads sewn in a lattice pattern prevent static electricity from accumulating on the gloves, providing strong anti-static properties, so they can be used for assembly work such as electronic parts. The meshed exterior makes it easy to distinguish it from regular products, making it easy to check and manage its attachment. These gloves are made of cloth that won't get stuffy, so they can be used comfortably in clean rooms or in EPAs where static electricity countermeasures are required. *There is a seam allowance at the toe, so touch operations using the toe may not respond well. *Depending on the model, it may be difficult to respond, so please test it in advance.
