About This Product

■Features

・A cleaning roller made of silicone rubber. ・The roller part is heat resistant to approximately 180℃. ・Since no adhesive is used, even thin sheets can be cleaned. - Since it is a rubber roller, it can also be used on slightly curved surfaces. - Can be rolled on sticky materials. - You can clean the roller just by rolling it on the transfer sheet. -Uses an aluminum frame for excellent durability.

■Applications

- For removing dirt and dust in clean rooms. - For removing dust attached to high-temperature molds and products. - For pre-treatment of laminated films and thin sheets. - When you want to apply a roller to an adhesive sheet or double-sided tape.

■Removes dust attached to high-temperature metals and thin films

There are two types of cleaning rollers (rolling type) for general cleanrooms: adhesive tape and adhesive rubber rollers, but if you use either of them on high-temperature areas, the adhesive will transfer or the roller will melt. On the other hand, this product uses silicone rubber with high heat resistance, so it can be used on surfaces as high as 180℃. Furthermore, since no adhesive is used, there is no transfer of glue, and conversely, it can be rolled onto sticky materials such as adhesive sheets and double-sided tape without adsorption. This product uses the gripping power of the rollers to attract dust, rather than its adhesive strength, so it can work with thin films and sheets without getting wrapped around them, and the unique softness of the rubber rollers prevents them from damaging the objects. If the roller becomes dirty, clean it by rolling it on a special transfer sheet. This product uses a roller that transfers less siloxane than general silicone rubber. It is a sturdy and unbreakable product that uses an aluminum frame. *If antistatic or silicone-free is required, please consider the antistatic silicone-free rubber roller MK-EC.
