About This Product

■Features

・No silicone is used, so no ingredients remain. ・Suppresses static electricity caused by roller friction and peeling. - Soft synthetic rubber gently removes dirt and dust. ・The handy cleaner body is also non-static, so you can rest assured. ・The standard product has two types of adhesive strength: pink (weak) and gray (strong). - Gray is a product with strong adhesive, but less transfer of adhesive components.

■Applications

- For removing dirt and dust in clean rooms. - For removing foreign matter attached to printed circuit boards, etc. - For pre-treatment of screen printing and laminated sticker printing. ・For the pretreatment cleaning process when manufacturing liquid crystal optical films. - If you use a transfer sheet, please use pink (weak). *Gray (strong) is cleaned with a special cleaning solution.

■Remove dust from the surface of substrates, films, etc.

There are two types of adhesive rolls (rollers for rolling) for clean rooms: tape and rubber. When the roller becomes dirty, adhesive tape peels off the film, but rubber rollers are rolled on a special transfer sheet to clean any dirt that has adhered to the roller surface. There is no need to wash and dry the rollers, so you can continue working without stopping. (Weak adhesive pink only) Please note that the transfer sheet cannot be used for gray (strong adhesive), so please wipe the surface with a special cleaning agent. ・Uses silicone-free synthetic rubber, so there is no siloxane (siloxic acid) residue. ・Due to the unique softness of the rubber roller, it removes dirt and dust without damaging the target object. - Uses antistatic rubber to reduce static electricity damage caused by friction and peeling during use. - The handle is also made of conductive resin, providing thorough static electricity protection. -The arm is made of aluminum, so unlike plastic, it is extremely durable. -Rubber rollers only are also available and can be replaced by the user. - Since it is a sturdy product made of aluminum and bearings, the rubber roller itself can be incorporated into existing equipment.
