About This Product

■Features

- Thick fibers are woven into a lattice pattern, making it tear resistant. ・Ni (nickel) +Cu (copper) +Ni three-layer electroless plating is applied. ・Excellent electromagnetic wave shielding (reflection, absorption, blocking and shielding). - Breathable and flexible, can be cut and sewn. ・The surface resistance value is very good, less than 0.05 (Ω). *Please note that washing will reduce performance.

■Applications

・When you want to prevent static electricity. ・For electromagnetic wave shielding and blocking and shielding of radio waves. - For preventing radio interference and noise in audio equipment. - As a conductive cloth that conducts electricity throughout. - For removing mobile phones from service areas and disabling smart car keys.

■ Cloth that conducts electricity and shields electromagnetic waves

It is a ``current-carrying fiber'' that can be used to counter static electricity and prevent radio interference. ・Three layers of Ni (nickel) +Cu (copper) +Ni plated on PET thread exhibits excellent shielding properties. - Ripstop fabric with thick fibers woven into a lattice pattern to prevent further damage should it tear. ・It has excellent electrical properties with a surface resistance value of less than 0.05 (Ω). ・Since it is a cloth fiber that conducts electricity, there is no static electricity generated, and the entire cloth can be grounded. ・It has excellent flexibility and breathability unique to fibers/cloths, and has excellent processability such as sewing and cutting. ・We will ship in rolls from 1m or more.

■Conductive cloth/electromagnetic shielding cloth that conducts electricity

・Fiber structure: Ni (nickel) +Cu (copper) +Ni ・Uses PET yarn with three-layer electroless plating. ・A high-performance product with uniform fiber thickness and specific weight. ・Excellent surface resistance value of 0.05 (Ω) or less. ・It is a "cloth that conducts electricity" with excellent electromagnetic shielding effect. - Ripstop type with thick fibers woven into a lattice pattern. - Even if the fabric tears, it will prevent the tear from progressing. *Please note that washing will reduce performance.
