About This Product

■Features

- Heat-resistant fabric that uses long fibers to suppress dust generation. - Conductive carbon thread is sewn into it so it will not be charged. - Flame-retardant fabric that self-extinguishes without melting. - Has chemical resistance and high mechanical strength. *We will sew and process your desired product using heat-resistant thread.

■Applications

・Heat-resistant curtains used in clean rooms ・Cover for equipment that requires static electricity countermeasures and flame retardancy ・Clean work clothes that will not melt even when exposed to high temperatures - Compatible with Class 100 by cleaning with pure water.

■Antistatic, flame retardant, chemical resistant, high strength clean room fabric

No general cloth products that generate dust or dust are allowed into the clean room. Generally, cleanrooms use cloth specifically designed for cleanrooms. Among these, this product is especially used for applications that require heat resistance, flame retardance, chemical resistance, and high strength. This product is covered with conductive threads that have excellent antistatic properties at 5mm intervals. This "conductive stripe pattern" makes it clear to differentiate from general products and allows for advanced quality control. It can be used with confidence in clean rooms and other locations where static electricity countermeasures are required. *When sewing, please use special heat-resistant thread.

■Anti-static, flame-retardant, heat-resistant fabric for clean rooms

Conductive threads are sewn throughout the fabric at narrow intervals of 10 mm into the long fiber fabric that suppresses dust generation, providing extremely stable antistatic properties. It is flame retardant and can withstand extremely high temperatures of 300℃ and self-extinguishes. ・Dust resistance: Compatible with class 100 after cleaning with pure water. ・Heat resistance...withstands high temperatures of 300℃ (heat resistance temperature of the fabric) ・Flame retardant: Self-extinguishing and will not melt. ・Anti-static performance: Demonstrates extremely stable static electricity prevention ・Chemical resistance: Excellent resistance to chemicals. ・High strength: High tensile strength and excellent hooking properties.
