About This Product

■Features

・Hybrid structure of conductive rubber and anti-static rubber. ・Maintains the durability and conductivity of the rubber plate surface. - Suppresses the generation of static electricity on the surface of the conductive rubber sheet. - Can be cut into any shape and used. ・Dimensions: 2mm x 1,000mm x 10m roll

■Applications

・As a table mat for use in clean rooms. - For use as a workbench for precision equipment work that requires static electricity countermeasures. - When used in environments that require advanced static electricity countermeasures. ・When protecting and curing floors and table surfaces from heavy objects.

■Clean room compatible conductive rubber plate (table mat) TW-CRM

General products without static electricity countermeasures should not be brought into the clean room because they attract dust. When using a table mat or rubber board sheet, use this product "Clean Rubber Mat". This conductive rubber mat uses a two-layer hybrid rubber consisting of an anti-static layer and a conductive layer. This combination provides durability and static electricity protection for working in clean rooms. In other words, advanced quality control is possible in ESD static electricity countermeasures. Due to the appropriate cushioning properties of conductive rubber, it can be used to protect desks, tables, and floors from equipment, tools, and heavy objects, and can also be used as a "bottom pad" to eliminate rattling of equipment. A conductive rubber mat that can be used safely in clean rooms and static electricity prevention areas.
