About This Product

■Anti-static, additive-free polyethylene highly clean bag (all processes manufactured in a clean room)

Ultra-high performance antistatic polyethylene bags and sheets exclusively for clean rooms. Additives are used in general antistatic polyethylene bags to maintain strength and processability. Furthermore, surfactants are added to prevent static electricity, but they are only effective for a short period of time, and these additives bleed (precipitate) onto the film surface, so they cannot be used in clean rooms. On the other hand, this product uses additive-free polyethylene as a raw material and uses an antistatic method that prevents additives from depositing. The entire process of bag making and final packaging is performed in a clean room, and the products are shipped in sealed clean packs. It can be used as an extremely clean bag that has a semi-permanent antistatic effect.
