About This Product

■Features

・This is a completely additive-free polyethylene bag that does not contain any additives. ・No powder generation or problems occur due to additive precipitation. ・Manufactured in a clean room, so there is little dust adhesion. ・You can open the outer bag and bring the inner bag in as a pack. (double pack) ・We also accept sterilization treatment using gamma irradiation.

■Applications

・As a bag for use in high-level clean rooms. - For packaging products that do not want dust or foreign matter attached to the bag. - For chemicals that do not want to react with additives used in bags. - For sterile bags for genetic engineering and biotechnology research. - As a clean and sterilized garbage bag or plastic bag.

■Completely additive-free polyethylene bag suitable for high-level clean rooms (can be sterilized)

Generally, additives are used in polyethylene films to maintain strength, durability, and processability, but these additives precipitate (bleed) on the surface of the film in powder form, so they cannot be used in clean rooms. It cannot be used in Furthermore, depending on the product, additives may have an adverse effect, so we must be especially careful with delicate products. On the other hand, this product uses an LDPE additive-free polyethylene bag that does not use any additives, so even if it is used for long-term storage, no foreign matter will separate from the surface of the bag and it will always remain clean. Furthermore, by performing everything from bag manufacturing to final packaging in a clean room, we prevent dust from accumulating during the manufacturing process, making it possible to provide products in extremely clean conditions. Additionally, this product is packaged in double clean pack packaging, so that by simply opening the outer bag, the inner bag can be brought into the clean room with the inner bag still packed. This is a high-level bag that protects the products contained in the bag from additive contamination and always maintains a clean condition free of foreign substances. *Depending on your request, we can also provide sterilization treatment using gamma irradiation.
