About This Product

■Features

・Product processed from conductive clean foam MK-CPF. ・Unlike the pink antistatic material, no additive powder is generated. ・Unlike regular foam cushions, there is no residue and prevents dust. -Low VOC (volatile organic compound) material. - Excellent antistatic performance with surface resistance value of 1 x 107 (Ω). - No worries about metal corrosion or fogging.

■Applications

・Insertion paper/interleaving paper for wafers, electronic boards, and glass substrates ・As a protective material and cushioning material used in clean rooms. - As a heat-insulating, cushioning, and lightweight material that suppresses dust generation. - As a cushioning material for returnable boxes for electronic parts and equipment. ・Insertion paper/interleaving paper for wafers, electronic boards, and glass substrates

■Clean conductive (antistatic) foam material

This product uses conductive clean foam MK-CPF. ・This product does not use any foaming agents during manufacturing, preventing dust contamination caused by foaming agent residue. ・Unlike general antistatic materials (pink/blue color), it exhibits a semi-permanent antistatic effect. ・Unlike pink and blue, the antistatic agent does not bleed out (precipitate) on the surface. ・As it is a low VOC (volatile organic compound) product, there is no need to worry about metal corrosion or fogging. ・There is no odor typical of foam cushioning materials (cushioning materials) caused by chemical foaming agents. *This is not a clean pack product, so if necessary, please clean the surface with air blowing etc.

■Cushion for conductive wafer (TN-CWC)

- PE foam made without using any chemical foaming agents. ・There is no foaming agent residue, low VOC, and no characteristic odor. ・Provides stable antistatic effect semi-permanently. - No antistatic agent powder (bleed out). ・Uses conductive clean foam MK-CPF.
