About This Product

■Features

- A cushion with a four-fold design that is convenient to store and carry. - Can be used folded in half or fully opened depending on the purpose. ・Uses the same antistatic fabric as clean room work clothes. -Easy to distinguish from regular products due to conductive fiber striped pattern. ・The foam does not contain halogen substances such as chlorine. - Comes with a pocket for storing small items.

・Cushion sheet for work in clean rooms. - Place it under your knees when working to reduce the burden on your body. - As a cushioning material to protect products and equipment. - For protection of protrusions and dangerous areas/as a safety cover mat. ・When you want to perform thorough quality control using conductive striped patterns.

■Cushion mat for working in clean rooms (HD-ALCB)

General materials that generate dust are not brought into the clean room. When using cushions or work sheets in a clean room, use clean memory foam cushions. This product uses fabrics used in clean room work clothes (clean wear/dust-free clothes). In other words, like clean wear, it has dust-proofing properties and anti-static properties. The surface of the fabric has a "stripe pattern" with conductive thread sewn into it, making it clearly distinguishable from regular products. When working on your knees in a clean room, placing it under your knees will reduce the burden on the worker. It can also be used as a cover for protrusions or as a cushioning material.
