About This Product

■Features

・Unlike general antistatic products (pink), it is permanently antistatic. -Low VOC (volatile organic compound) material. ・Unlike general foam, it is clean with no residue. ・No odor typical of general PE foam. ・Surface resistance value is 1×107 (Ω) and excellent antistatic performance. - No worries about metal corrosion or fogging.

■Applications

・As a protective material and cushioning material used in clean rooms. ・As a heat-retaining insulation material and lightweight material that suppresses dust generation. - As a cushioning material for returnable boxes for electronic parts and equipment. ・Insertion paper/interleaving paper for wafers, electronic boards, and glass substrates ・When you want to suppress the generation of chemical substances from foam. ・We can also process it into your specified shape.

■Conductive clean foam (MK-CPF)

- PE foam made without using any chemical foaming agents. ・There is no foaming agent residue, low VOC, and no characteristic odor. ・Unlike general pink and blue, it has a semi-permanent antistatic effect. ・Original fabric size…1,000×1,900mm (thickness 1-33mm) -Processed by pasting or die cutting.

■Clean conductive foam material MK-CPF

Common cushioning materials include various types of cushioning materials such as foam sponge materials and air caps. However, these products cannot be used in clean rooms because the residue of the foaming agent used in the manufacturing process and the air inside the bubble wrap particles leak out when they burst. On the other hand, this product does not use any foaming agents during manufacturing, which prevents dust contamination caused by foaming agent residue. Also, unlike common antistatic materials (pink or blue colored), it has a long-term antistatic effect. Furthermore, unlike general antistatic products, the antistatic agent does not bleed (precipitate) on the surface and generate dust. As it is a low VOC (volatile organic compound) product, there is no need to worry about metal corrosion or fogging. Of course, there is no odor typical of foamed PE foam, which is caused by chemical foaming agents. It is used in a variety of applications as a "clean ESD countermeasure buffer material" that requires stable static electricity countermeasures. *This is not a clean pack product, so please clean the surface with air blow if necessary.
