About This Product

■Features

- Stable conductive performance by incorporating carbon into the resin. ・Excellent surface resistance value of 108 (Ω) or less. ・Complete sealing is possible by closing the lid. (other than 6" general purpose) - Turn the lid approximately 10 degrees to close and lock it. (8" only) - Convex and concave areas overlap, allowing for stable stacking.

■Applications

・As a wafer transport case used in clean rooms. - When used in areas where ESD static electricity countermeasures are required. ・As a plastic container that requires airtightness. ・Wafer spacers, cushions, etc.≫

■Clean room compatible conductive wafer case (antistatic)

General products that do not have static electricity countermeasures are not allowed in the clean room because they attract dust and dust. In other words, the resin products used in clean rooms should be anti-static products. This product uses conductive PP resin and has an extremely high surface resistance value of 10^8 (Ω) or less. In addition, it has excellent sealing properties, so it can be completely sealed by closing the lid and shut off from the outside air (except for 6" general-purpose type), so wafers can be transported while maintaining a clean condition. This product has been carefully considered and can be used safely in a variety of environments.
