About This Product

■Features

・Achieved stable conductivity by adding conductive carbon to the resin. - Prevents bleed contamination by not using antistatic agents. - Suitable for electronic parts as it does not charge static electricity. - Bottom mesh structure prevents dust accumulation. - When stacking, you can check whether there is anything in the lower tray.

■Applications

- For organizing documents/drawings and tools in a clean room. - For work sites where electronic parts and precision equipment are sensitive to static electricity. ・When you want to check the contents even when stacked. ・When using after air shower cleaning. (Good ventilation) ・You can choose from 4 sizes: A4, A5, B4, and B5.

■Conductive plastic tray for clean rooms MK-CTY

・Conductive carbon is added to PP resin to provide extremely stable conductivity. - Prevents bleed contamination because no antistatic agent is used. - The bottom mesh structure prevents dust from accumulating. ・It has good ventilation and is very easy to clean with an air shower. ・When stacking, you can visually check whether there is content in the lower tier.

■Conductive plastic tray for clean rooms

General products without static electricity countermeasures should not be brought into the clean room because the static electricity charged on the product attracts and attracts dust and dust. When using resin trays in a clean room, use this product, ``Clean Conductive Resin Tray.'' This product uses PP resin, which has excellent conductivity of 2×10^3 (Ω).
