About This Product

■Features

・Uses an excellent conductive PET film that does not generate static electricity. ・Since it is transparent, you can clearly see the color photo image. ・Can be distinguished from general products by the ESD static electricity countermeasure mark. - Excellent surface resistance value of 104 to 105 (Ω). ・You can use a commercially available laminating/pouching machine.

■Applications

・For pouch laminate film used in clean rooms. ・When you want to confirm the color tone of color photographs and materials. - For use in precision equipment work where electrostatic discharge is averse. ・When performing thorough quality control using the ESD static electricity countermeasure mark. - Prevents dust from adhering to surfaces during work that involves dust.

■Antistatic pouch/laminate film (transparent) suitable for clean rooms

General products that do not have anti-static measures that attract dust and dust cannot be brought into the clean room. When bringing laminated pouched documents into a clean room, use this product, ``Clean Conductive Laminate.'' This product uses PET film with conductive functions. The conductive PET film is transparent, so you can see the subtle tones of color photographs and documents. The ESD antistatic mark clearly distinguishes the product from general products, allowing for thorough quality control. In other words, it can be used safely in a clean room. In applications other than clean rooms, it can be used not only in precision equipment work where static electricity is averse, but also to prevent dust from adhering to work processes where powder and dust are present.

■Clean conductive laminate film transparent (TW-CLF-CL)

・Uses an excellent conductive PP film and is not static-charged. - ESD static electricity countermeasure mark makes it easy to distinguish from general products. ・You can clearly check the color tone of color photos and documents. - Excellent surface resistance value of 104 to 105 (Ω). ・Static electricity does not accumulate and spark discharge is prevented. - No dust attached to the surface. - Can be used in clean rooms and environments where static electricity countermeasures are required.
