About This Product

■Features

・A label sticker that can be used in a clean room. ・No silicone is used for the release paper. - Prevents transfer of non-adhesive substances such as siloxic acid. - Dust-free release paper and PET labels do not generate dust. ・It is possible to color code and clearly identify defective areas using three colors: red, blue, and yellow. ・Processed product with silicone-free clean tack label.

■Applications

・As a sticker label for use in clean rooms. ・For products that dislike silicon, such as electronic boards and printing films. ・Used for checking defective parts and clarifying and managing product status. ・Thorough quality control is possible with color-coded label stickers.

■Uses a silicone-free dust-free separator (release paper)

The separator (release paper) of general label stickers is coated with silicone to make it easier to peel off. Siloxic acid and other substances transferred from silicone are "non-adhesive" substances and have the property of repelling substances. This is one of the causes of defects for electronic components and printing films that require fine processing. When using labels in such environments, use this "silicone-free dust-free label sticker." This product uses silicone-free release paper (separator) to prevent transfer of silicone components. The label sticker uses a PET film that does not generate dust, and the release paper uses a dust-free type. It can be used safely in a clean room.
