About This Product

A compact near-infrared analyzer that can complete component analysis of any solution with just one unit.

■Application range

・Quantification of general components in raw milk ・Component analysis in various suspensions ・Quantification of components including alcohol concentration of alcoholic beverages ・Component analysis of food stock and plant extracts ・Detection of overlapping test tubes ・Detection of abnormal values ​​during routine analysis, etc.

■Features

・Using a special optical system, it is possible to obtain spectra from clear liquids with almost no light scattering to suspensions with large light scattering using this single device. ・Provides economical efficiency by using commercially available test tubes in the measurement cell - Reduces the hassle of transferring the sample to the optical cell, and provides operability that allows you to proceed directly to chemical analysis after spectrum acquisition. (Easy to adjust sample temperature using water bath) ・Can quickly analyze multiple components simultaneously in a non-destructive manner ・Spectrum acquisition with PC via USB connection and mobile terminal via Bluetooth connection

■Measurement example (spectral measurement of 5 liquid samples with different light scattering states)

Different types of liquids (milk, amazake, tomato juice, vegetable juice, pure water) were obtained with obvious differences in their spectra. This shows that it is possible to measure liquids with a wide range of light scattering states with this single device. When performing component analysis of liquid samples, there is no need to select a measurement method based on the light scattering state of the sample, and liquid sample measurements can be completed with this device.
