About This Product
The main room can be replaced with a purge type, and the sub -room can be replaced, and is used to prevent deterioration or oxidation of various substances. To maintain a long -term high -purity gas atmosphere and reduce the consumption of inert gases, we recommend a set of gas purification devices.
The main room of this instrument is a glove box that is used by applying an inert gas with a normal pressure or replacing the inert gas while exhausting with a vacuum pump. The sub -room can exhale 13.3 pa (0.1 torr), so it can be replaced in an inert gas in a short time.
■ Passbox mechanism (inner door slide type)
Even if you are testing an inert gas atmosphere in the main room, you can put in and out of the sample, etc. without changing the atmosphere by operating the side room.
■ Push pull type Purge replacement
The main room has a push -pull nozzle and can be replaced efficiently.
■ Confirmation of internal pressure
The main chamber and the sub -rooms are installed.
■ Replacement of gloves (gloves)
It is possible by alternately replacing the two -groove band of the glove port without changing the replacement atmosphere.
