Characteristic
■ You can do complete continuous operation
Slarry, which is liquid in the centrifuge, is continuously separated into solids and liquids by screws that rotate with a rotating cylinder and a slight rotation speed.
■ It can be separated regardless of the slurry concentration
The main centrifugal aircraft can handle a wide range of underside solutions from pale slurry to dark slurry. And the solid particles in the undiluted solution can be processed from tens of microns to about several millimeters.
■ It can be processed in a short time
Since it is separated under a large centrifugal force, you can process the undiluted solution in a short time.
■ Do not need a fabric
Since this unit is a centrifugal sedimentation type, it is easy to maintain because it does not require a pearl to a centrifugal fabric and does not need to worry about the accomplishment of the fabric.
■ The safety device is perfect
It is equipped with a device that automatically stops when driving a centrifuge to a centrifuge and a foreign substance in a screw.
■ You can wash the solids
It is washed in the dehydration part of the centrifugal machine, and it can be easily washed.
■ Installation area
The installation area is smaller than the processing capacity and is designed compactly.

・ Rotate cylinder: The liquid solution is rapidly separated into solid and liquid.
・ Skryu, Conveyor: Transfer the separated solids to the solid emissions at the end of the rotating cylinder.
・ Cover: Remove the separated solid and clear liquid separately.
・ Different gear box: A device that gives a little rotation difference with a rotating cylinder to screws and conveyers.
・ Feed / Pipe: A pipe that sends the supply solution to the inside of the rotating cylinder.
・ Axial receiver: receiving the rotation load of the above device with two shafts.
・ Safety device: It is a safety device that is made to bite a foreign substance into a screw or overloads, and is attached to the gear box.
