About This Product

The rich ferrite magnet, which is a raw material from a wide variety of second iron oxide, is the cheapest and sintered magnet (ceramic magnet) that can be supplied. Because it has a high magnetic force, it is difficult to reduce magnification and is suitable for a flat shape. The raw material of the powder is molded with a press machine and sintered in a furnace of about 1,200 ° C, so it is excellent in corrosion resistance and is suitable for mass production. It is divided into two types: anisotropic ferrite magnet (anisotropic ferrite) and a cable ferrite magnet (isotropic ferrite).

■ Features of ferrite magnet

・ Materials can be supplied inexpensive and stably. ・ Because the magnetization is high, it is difficult to magnify. ・ Because it is a pottery, it is easy to crack, but it is suitable for mass production because it is molded with a press machine with a press machine. ・ Since the specific gravity is 4.8g/cm³, it can be lighter than other magnets. ・ Two to 10 poles on the plane. In addition, the demand for meters and motors is growing because the outer periphery can be multi -porcelain. ・ Used as raw materials for rubber magnets and plastic magnets.

■ Use

Various devices for electronic equipment, for car motors and generators. Many stationery, home miscellaneous goods, health equipment * There are other part numbers.
