About This Product

SmartCella is based on a standard controller built into an IP65 box. Together with UltraCella and MasterCella, it strengthens CAREL's cold room lineup. Regarding P/N, it is directly related to the number of loads that only the two models handle, the probes and features needed to target the application. A 1-relay model for normal temperature NT cold rooms, and a 4-relay model for low-temperature LT cold rooms.

■I/O settings

・Up to 4 output relays (compressor 16A/2HP (depending on model), defrost 16A, evaporator fan 8A, output 8A for additional functions) ・5 analog inputs (2 x NTC + 3 x NTC / digital input) ・One serial CAREL / Modbus (slave) protocol, automatic recognition ・SmartCella satisfies all cold room users at every stage of operation, from installation and commissioning by contractors to daily use by end users.

■In installation, the installation company has the following advantages:

・Quick wall mounting with DIN rail ・IR33 DIN controlled input/output board is more suitable for installation inside the box than a standard panel controller - Standard and well-known ir33 DIN wiring diagram ・SmartCella Bridge operation and daily use are easy. - Identical ir33+ logic is used for control algorithms, navigation, and parameters. - Simple and easy-to-use user interface with touch keypad and large buttons. The button layout is the same as the ir33+. .

■Displays messages in context on a large, bright display (30% larger than IR33).

Functionality can be easily added to SmartCella using the UltraCella expansion module box. It offers IP65 protection and compatibility with the UltaCella platform while leaving free space inside the box for features such as:
