About This Product

This powerful platform can connect more sensors and loads than other standard solutions and can be optimized with advanced control algorithms for total cold room management.

■I/O settings

6 output relays (compressor 2HP, defrost 2HP, evaporator fan 16A, lighting 16A, and 2 output relays 8A for additional functions) ・5 analog outputs (3 x NTC / NTC HT / PT1000 + 1 x NTC / NTC HT / 0…10V + 1 x 4…20mA / 0…5Vrat) ・3 digital inputs Two built-in RS485 serial lines: – BMS: CAREL protocol (slave), for supervisor – Fieldbus: Modbus protocol (master), for connection with EVD expansion module and/or remote 3PH panel ・Humidity reading and control with external CAREL humidifier

■Installation: Installation has the following advantages for installers.

・Quick wall mounting with DIN rail ・GND terminal can directly operate probe, sensor, compressor, defrost, evaporator fan with voltage 230Vac relay and 7.5mm width terminal. ・Open the control screen to 180° “book shape”.

■Test run: The start time for a test run can be reduced for the following reasons.

- pGD1 service (optional) allows configuration using a wizard. ・Although only for UltraCella, since it is the main storage chamber type, 10 default settings are available and can be used as internal standards. - Settings can be downloaded/uploaded from the UPB port.

■Daily use: Electronic control is very simple and easy to use.

・HACCP report can easily analyze csv files via USB port. ・The built-in HMI has a large display and explanation display, allowing intuitive operation.

■UltraCella is a modular platform that allows you to easily add and expand functionality. Thanks to the powerful and innovative mechanical structure, you can:

・Smooth addition of functions (add-ons and remote) ・Manage all upgrade functions with one main controller ・Reduced customer stock management
